KC's Flowers offers delivery between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Saturday each week. KC's Flowers "local" delivery area is extensive. Orders for the "local" area are delivered by its experience staff in company vehicles. KC's Flowers also services an "extended" delivery area and utilizes a 3rd party delivery service for those remote areas. Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm for same day delivery in the "local" delivery area. Orders must be received no later than 11:00am for same day delivery in the "extended" delivery area. Orders specifying "morning delivery" or any specific time prior to 1:00pm must be received no later than 6:00pm the previous day. A delivery fee is added to each order based on delivery zip code. The delivery fees range from $8.00 to $15.00 for "local" and "extended" delivery areas. Customers may request delivery in any 3 hour window within the delivery service hours at no extra charge. Delivery requests for exact times, a window less than 3 hours, or outside of normal delivery hours will incur an additional $5.00 delivery fee in addition to the normal delivery fee for the delivery zip code. For deliveries outside our "local" and "extended" delivery areas the service/delivery fee is $15.00. U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
